This notice explains what information validateemail.io collects through this website and API, and how it is used.

Waitlist registrations

When you register your interest, we store the details you submit: your email address and, if you provide them, your name, company, plan of interest, expected volume and use case. We use them only to contact you about validateemail.io's launch and plans. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Addresses you validate

To return results quickly, validation results are cached for a limited time (up to 7 days per address and 24 hours per domain) and then deleted automatically. We don't sell or share validated addresses, and we don't use them for marketing.

Technical data

Our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, processes request metadata such as IP addresses to deliver the service, prevent abuse and apply rate limits. The live demo is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that requests come from a real browser (see Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum). We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site. Fonts are served from our own domain.
